  • Yes we do! We love to do in person meetings at our studio in DTLA and highly recommend it when you have a specific concept in mind!

  • Yes! We love to travel and do destination weddings. Travel fees ( flight and traveling to airport) + Hotel fees depend on the destination.

    We are not charging travel fees to destinations we have not traveled to on certain terms (ex: concept and vision of photographer and couple both align). Destinations we are receiving offers for this category are but not limited to is New York, Alaska, Paris, Italy, Yosemite, Mount Rainier (May-September), etc. Please inquire us about destination weddings to receive a more accurate quote.

    *Note: Flight ticket prices change on a daily. Price mentioned during consultation may change at the time of reservation confirmation.

  • Once you fill out the reservation form and send us the 30% deposit, your reservation has been confirmed.

    *Please keep in mind that we receive multiple inquiries for the same day. Reservation confirmation in not based on inquiry order but on the person who pays the deposit first.

  • For any reason you need to cancel, you will need to provide proof of cancellation from the Venue. You will also need to inform us AT LEAST 2 months before the contracted date for a 100% refund of deposit. Any notice of cancellation less than 2 months from the contracted date will only receive a 50% refund on their deposit. For Destination wedding clients, you will need to notify us AT LEAST 3 months before of the cancellation to receive a full refund of deposit. If notified less than 3 months, travel fee will also be deducted from the returned deposit of 50%.

  • The remaining balance is due at the end of EACH session (ex: if you book us for both engagement and wedding, you will need to pay the remaining for each separately).

    *Note: Tax is waived when the remaining balance is paid in CASH. 9.5% tax will be added when final payment is made with Zelle or Venmo.

  • Yes, we will provide vendor recommendations (if needed) once your booking has been confirmed.

  • Yes we can provide insurance. Let us know the details of your venue and we can send it over. (We cover insurance up to $50, insurance that is $50 and over will be covered by the bride and groom.

Original & Retouched Photo Guide

    • We work with RAW files to ensure the highest quality of photos.

    • All original photos are color-graded with Andyworks Studio's unique color grading.

    • Duplicate photos or those with closed eyes will be deleted before delivery.

    • We aim to retouch the photos to enhance the natural features of individuals.

    • Basic retouching includes skin, facial contouring/size, body correction, and clothing adjustments.

    • Excessive compositing or background removal may not be possible.

    • Retouching for party members or family photos will follow the above guidelines. However, additional extensive retouching may not be accepted.

    • Original photos from <Engagement> shoot will be delivered within one month after the shoot.

    • Original photos from <Wedding Ceremony> shoot will be delivered within two months.

    • You can choose to either select the photos to be retouched yourself or have the photographer select them.

    • Photographer selection may incur additional costs.

    • If you choose the photos, the following timeframes apply after the photographer receives the selections:

      <Engagement> 4-6 weeks / <Wedding> 2 months

    • One round of additional retouching is available. (Completed within one week)

    • Expedited work (completed within one week after the shoot) is $100 for 20 photos.

    • All photo files will be delivered via a Google link, and will be stored for ONE month. (Backing up to a secure hard drive is essential)

    • A gallery for guests after the <Wedding> shoot can be created upon request.
